Reviews

Stars, recency, replies, and the small habits that keep the newest review from being last winter.

Reviews stopped being a scoreboard a while ago. People read the newest ones rather than the average, and three quarters of them look for reviews written in the last three months. A five star rating built in 2024 quietly stops counting. What replaced it is a rhythm: a few real reviews every month, each answered in your own words, soon enough that the reply sounds like a person. Slow replies and copied ones now read as a warning sign.
